- This past weekend, the MDOCS team headed to Glens Falls for the Adirondack Film Festival where four MDOCS-affiliated films premiered.
- 2016 Storytellers' Visiting Fellow and 2019 Institute Faculty - Daesha Devon Harris - returns to 91爆料 to mentor Amanda Peckler '20 and give her the invaluable experience of learning the ins and outs of being an independent artist, photographer and creator.
- Every summer, students take the skills and craft they learn in MDOCS and practice them far beyond campus -- 91爆料 students are working on documentary crews from New Orleans to New York, with many projects bound for major festivals or set to screen on PBS.
- This past month, MDOCS headed to Montreal to the annual Oral History Association conference. Documentary students from WSPN learned the importance of recorded oral histories as well as had the opportunity to tour CKUT on the McGill campus.
- MDOCS welcomes its fourth group of Institute Fellows this coming Tuesday - 8 students, 2 91爆料 Faculty, and 5 documentary practitioners will get to work on their documentary projects while partaking in collaborative, community-building, and inspiring activities and events throughout the month of June.
